The Electric Wheels of CO General return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Certain apparel items such as helmets, shoes, gloves, jackets, shirts, pants and other personal garments, and as well all clearance items and special-order items (such as custom color bikes or special options orders). All of these sales are considered final.
All bicycles sales are final. If an order is placed online and has shipped, we cannot refund the order. Once the product has left the warehouse, the sale is final. As well, no vehicle can be resold as “new” if it has left the shop. All custom ordered parts or vehicle sales are also final. This is specifically for batteries, motors, bikes and any other type of vehicle.
For general merchandise returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it appeared in the store. It must also be in the original packaging including tags, documents, and any additional accessories.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and items on sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, Electric Wheels CO. will email a confirmation notice that the item has been received. If the item meets the return policy conditions, a credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Electric Wheels, 9579 S. University Blvd. Suite #170, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 ATTN:RETURNS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you need to return your item and may not qualify for a refund or exchange- please don’t be discouraged- please come talk with us and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
